Gilbert spends quality family time with his wife of 37 years and his two adult children, both of whom carry on the family real estate tradition.

    A Texas native, Jenna brings over a decade of sales and marketing experience to the team and has held her Texas Real Estate Sales Associate license since 2013. A graduate of TCU with a degree in fashion merchandising, Jenna spent two years working in the fashion industry which she credits with developing her eye for design and specialized skills in merchandising, marketing and creative problem solving. Additional experience includes working as a Senior Associate of a global commercial real estate investment brokerage in Dallas specializing in both Tenant and Landlord representation. Her areas of expertise include market research, site selection, sale/lease negotiations, and disposition of excess corporate properties for clients ranging from 1,000 to beyond 100,000 SF. Jenna attributes her success to the dedication she makes to establishing personal connections with each client she represents. Jenna is highly committed to remaining knowledgeable about the local market and makes a personal point to remain in contact with all past and current clients.     Licensed since 2020 as a real estate sales agent, Jay has served since 2000 as President of Jay Evans Company, Ltd., a resource and land management company providing management services and consulting for ranching and wildlife operations on a diverse array of Texas properties. Jay believes strongly in landowner rights, land stewardship, and management of our natural resources. He wants to combine his decades of land management experience and his vast network of state-wide contacts to effectively represent clients in their land purchasing and selling decisions. Jay also currently serves as General Manager for Bridwell Ranches operating in the Panhandle and North Texas. Previous experience includes Area Cattle Manager for King Ranch Inc. in Kingsville. King Ranch responsibilities included purchasing and marketing for the stocker program, as well as special projects including the Cannonade Ranch purchase and serving on a management team that developed an integrated plan for wildlife, brush management, grazing of livestock and the development of natural resources. Jay currently holds an Executive Committee position on the Board of Directors for the National Ranching Heritage Center at Texas Tech University and is Chair of the Water Subcommittee for the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association. Jay is also a Rodeo Austin Board Member and past President; a member of Texas Wildlife Association; a former Advisory Board member of the Texas Tech University Department of Range, Wildlife and Fisheries; and an Eagle Scout and former Executive Board member of the Capital Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Jay holds a BBA from Texas Tech University. He and his wife, Lynn, live in Dripping Springs.

    Tim was born and raised in a farming and ranching family in Central Texas and has gained hands on experience in farm and ranch operations since his childhood jobs working for family and friends. After an early career in the construction industry, he followed in his parents’ footsteps and obtained his real estate license in 1999 so that he could pursue his passion for land ownership and land stewardship. His farming and ranching experience makes him an excellent resource on land features such as improved vs. native grasses, soil types, crops, water features, mineral ownership, fencing, cattle operations and wildlife breeding operations. His extensive knowledge of market trends and influences allows him to consult with clients on the effects that land features have on real estate values and how these features make every property unique. Tim draws on his construction and heavy equipment experience to help his clients develop a vision for enhancement to their property to meet both commercial and recreational needs. Tim’s philosophy on working with clients is to build a long-term relationship based on a mutual understanding of their goals as land owners and stewards. He has developed a large network of industry partners that can consult on projects of all sizes. Tim is as comfortable working with a small family operator as he is with high net worth individuals looking for investment opportunities.     Born and raised in east Texas and a proud 7th generation Texan, Larry began his career with the railroad before retiring after 25 years. Larry then started a successful career as a Landman in the oil and gas business and achieved the designation as a Registered Professional Landman. Mr. Tedford served on the Board of Directors for the East Texas Association of Professional Landmen and is a past President. Adding the designation as a licensed Realtor to his long history as a TPLM, Larry enjoys combining his passion for all things outdoors with his knowledge of the east Texas land and mineral market. He represents both buyers and sellers, and is very well connected in east Texas. Faith, family, and community are focal points of Larry’s personal life. Larry and his wife of 20 years, Olivia, reside in Henderson County and have three daughters and four grandsons. He is active in his local church, enjoys a good BBQ competition, and is a longtime volunteer for the Henderson County Area Go Texan Committee of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
