  • Tim McGinty

Tim was born and raised in a farming and ranching family in Central Texas and has gained hands on experience in farm and ranch operations since his childhood jobs working for family and friends. After an early career in the construction industry, he followed in his parents’ footsteps and obtained his real estate license in 1999 so that he could pursue his passion for land ownership and land stewardship. His farming and ranching experience makes him an excellent resource on land features such as improved vs. native grasses, soil types, crops, water features, mineral ownership, fencing, cattle operations and wildlife breeding operations. His extensive knowledge of market trends and influences allows him to consult with clients on the effects that land features have on real estate values and how these features make every property unique. Tim draws on his construction and heavy equipment experience to help his clients develop a vision for enhancement to their property to meet both commercial and recreational needs. Tim’s philosophy on working with clients is to build a long-term relationship based on a mutual understanding of their goals as land owners and stewards. He has developed a large network of industry partners that can consult on projects of all sizes. Tim is as comfortable working with a small family operator as he is with high net worth individuals looking for investment opportunities. As attested to by his client testimonials, he will go above and beyond to meet the diverse and often unpredictable needs of his clients. Tim resides in Hill County with his wife and two children. He also manages his own cow-calf operation and other agricultural investments in the area, as well as trains horses and dogs for cattle work.
